Ellie Ellie Wears

The summer is in full swing and we have been having great weather so far (fingers crossed for the rest of the summer).

This week Ellie Ellie wears celebrates the sunshine that we all love with a summer inspired outfit! This dress from Orla Kiely is an absolutely beautiful colour for the summer, with lots of pastel colours being seen on the high street and catwalks this season. It is a very simple dress but has a cut out detail on the back which makes it great for a day out, evening party or garden bbq. Teamed with these slip on shoes which are made from vegan materials it makes the best summery look! Finish off with one of our British postage stamp pendants and this straw bucket bag from Rokit, which can fit your beach or picnic gear in nicely!

Danielle's Map Story!

When i started making Ellie Ellie's Personalised Map Location Pendant back when i started the company, the first necklace i made was one for myself of Sussex. I really wanted a necklace with where i grew up and it was also a chance for me to create something for myself and see how it looked!

Sussex is the place where i have grown up and subsequently set up Ellie Ellie in 2010, so it's very special to me. I love everything about Sussex and it was a great place to grow up and set up my business. Ellie Ellie has a very strong connection to Sussex and our ethos of 'Re-design, Re-cycle, Re-love' is very much a part of our 'Sussex by the Sea' location!
