New Year, New Smoothies

The start of January always brings about healthy eating and drinking and smoothies are the perfect thing to make in the morning, or for an afternoon snack. 


The good thing about smoothies is that you can use any fruit to make them, so if you have some left over fruit in the fridge they can be added to a blender with some ice and either milk or fruit juice!
